Location:

This position will be onsite at our warehouse in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area).

Full-time W-2 ONSITE opportunity (not remote)!

What will you be doing?   

• Improving customer satisfaction by assisting homeowners and installers in resolving technical issues and providing support during installation via email or phone.
• Documenting received support cases and following up in a timely manner.
• Capable of handling 20 calls per day and multiple support cases.
• Cooperating with engineering departments.
• Use and maintain the support knowledge base.
• Continuously learn new practices and technology that affect the renewable energy industry.

What are we looking for? 

• 2 years’ experience in technical customer support or similar call center experience.
• Possess a basic understanding of electrical knowledge.
• Commit to a fast and dynamic environment with a growing company.
• Have a “Can Do” attitude, willingness to learn, passionate about solving problems.
• Ability to maintain and surpass key performance indicators.
